Ultrasonic Glove Machine

Product Overview

The Ultrasonic Glove Machine applies cutting-edge ultrasonic technology to instantly generate localized heat through molecular friction between materials. This process allows nonwoven fabrics and synthetic textiles to be welded, formed, and cut simultaneously, producing finished products in a single continuous workflow.

It is widely used in the manufacturing of disposable hygiene and cleaning products, especially where cleanliness, durability, and cost efficiency are essential.

Key Features & Advantages

  • Needle-free & Seamless Bonding Technology
Eliminates traditional stitching, ensuring a clean and smooth finish.

  • One-step Forming Process
Welding, shaping, and cutting completed in a single workflow.

  • High Production Efficiency
Suitable for continuous mass production with stable output.

  • Simple Operation
User-friendly control system for easy operation and maintenance.

  • Stable & Safe Performance
Reliable ultrasonic system ensures consistent quality and long-term durability.

  • Clean & Environmentally Friendly Process
No glue, thread, or additional consumables required.

Working Principle

The system operates based on ultrasonic high-frequency vibration:

  • The ultrasonic generator produces high-frequency electrical signals.

  • The transducer converts electrical energy into mechanical vibration.

  • Vibrations are transmitted to the welding mold (horn).

  • Contact pressure and ultrasonic energy cause instantaneous heat generation at material interfaces.

  • Materials are fused and bonded without needles, thread, or adhesives.

This ensures a clean, strong, and consistent bonding effect suitable for large-scale production.

Production Workflow

1. Material Preparation

Nonwoven fabrics, synthetic textiles, or composite materials are selected and cut into predefined shapes and sizes.

2. Ultrasonic Vibration Activation

The ultrasonic system is activated, generating high-frequency vibration through the transducer and transmitting it to the welding mold.

3. Welding & Forming

Under ultrasonic energy and pressure, material contact points melt and bond instantly, forming gloves or other shaped products.

4. Cutting & Separation

An integrated cutting system separates finished products from the continuous material sheet, ensuring precise and consistent output.
